Job summary

The Rockhill Group, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a skilled Aircrew Scheduler to manage dynamic flight, ground, and simulator training schedules in a high-tempo DoD environment.

You will coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and Operations Officers to satisfy currency, progression, and upgrade standards. You will build schedules using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar systems, deconflict aircrew availability with leave, TDYs, and ORM considerations, and ensure full mission coverage even

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Experience with Patriot Excalibur or similar scheduling systems.
• Proven ability to operate in a DoD military flying squadron environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and military IT networks (NIPR/SIPR).
• Excellent written and oral communication for briefings and reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training schedules meeting currency, progression, and upgrade standards.
• Create daily/weekly/monthly flight, ground, academic, and simulator schedules with PEX.
• Deconflict aircrew availability accounting for leave, TDY, and ORM.
• Coordinate aircraft/equipment with Maintenance; deconflict airspace and taskings with higher HQ.
• Facilitate rapid last-minute schedule changes to maintain full mission coverage.
