You will identify critical points, initiate action plans, and ensure closure with cross-functional teams. The role demands experience in aviation manufacturing, strong leadership, and proficient English communication as part of a global team, with responsibilities spanning coordinating non-conformities,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; in lieu of degree, technician training in aviation manufacturing.
• 5+ years of aviation-related experience.
• 2+ years in Aircraft Manager role or leadership role.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP, MS Office, supply chain and quality knowledge.
• Strong teamwork in international settings; flexible and proactive.

Mansioni

• Train and mentor Aircraft Manager employees for development.
• Lead daily aircraft review meetings and set priorities.
• Document and close non-conformities throughout flowline/flightline.
• Prepare and conduct FOT meetings; ensure timely closure of points.
• Create MSN status reports; perform inflow analysis and updates.
