Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead manufacturing activities across the Station. You will oversee tools, jigs, and their maintenance, and serve as deputy for the Business Unit Leader in their absence.

The role emphasizes safety, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced aerospace production environment. Candidates should have a manufacturing engineering background and leadership experience on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience leading manufacturing teams in aerospace is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and oversight to production activities and monitor components through the Station.
• Lead the Station and ensure safety compliance and alignment with company safety standards.
• Coordinate Station activities with multiple teams and manage staffing and material readiness.
• Report progress to management and drive continuous improvement in operations.
