Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking an Aircraft Manager I to lead folio management during production and flight test in Mobile, AL. You will analyze non-conformities, drive action plans, and ensure timely closure of issues affecting aircraft progress.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or equivalent aviation training, 3+ years in aviation planning or project management, and strong English communication. SAP and MS Office knowledge are essential; travel is minimal.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or technical training related to aviation manufacturing.
• 3+ years in aviation manufacturing planning or project management.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of SAP and MS Office; supply chain and quality acumen.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international team and meet deadlines.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to manage conflicts.
• Experience building internal and external customer relationships.
• Ability to communicate at all management levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage folio for assigned aircraft during production and flight test until handover.
• Analyze and steer non-conformities, customer findings, and flightline issues.
• Identify critical points, initiate action plans, and ensure closure.
• Prepare and conduct FOT meetings and ensure timely closure of folio points.
• Lead escalations and coordinate with ACM IIs via LSQCDPs.
• Document escalations in Tandem and support problem solving.
• Create MSN status reports and perform inflow analysis.
• Drive resolution to avoid production risks and support national/international projects.
• Record information in Aircraft Progress and set daily priorities with Station Managers.
