Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking an Operations Leader for the 2nd shift on the Completion line in Mobile, AL.

You will manage, coach and engage a production team to meet time, quality, cost and safety targets, while driving continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering and 3–5 years of aviation leadership experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to lead an international team.

• Ability to manage production teams and maintain safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance to production activities on the 2nd shift completion line.
• Lead and develop the Autonomous Production Team (APT) and ensure safety and quality.
• Coordinate with QA, Procurement and other interfaces to improve workflow.
• Report progress to upper management and address issues proactively.
• Ensure handover documentation and station readiness for next shift.
