Airbus Americas, Inc. seeks an Aircraft Manager II in Mobile, AL to oversee folio management during production and flight test, guiding non-conformities and customer findings from start to handover.

The ideal candidate will analyze issues, initiate action plans, and drive closure with cross-functional teams, leveraging 5+ years in aviation and strong English communication. Excellent SAP and MS Office skills are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; in lieu of degree, technician training in aviation manufacturing may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in aviation-related fields preferred.
• 2+ years in an Aircraft Manager or leadership role; strong English communication skills required.

Mansioni

• Train and mentor Aircraft Manager employees; support ACM team in Flowline/Flightline duties.
• Lead daily Aircraft review meetings and set priorities.
• Act as L2 escalation link; ensure proper documentation and problem solving.
• Follow up on Milestones through Master Production Schedule.
• Document and manage non-conformities; drive closure with stakeholders.
• Prepare and conduct FOT meetings; ensure timely closure of folio points.
• Create MSN status reports; perform inflow analysis and distribute new points.
• Proactively follow up on aircraft issues and drive resolutions to avoid risks.
• Coordinate national/international projects; perform other duties as assigned.
