Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL is seeking an Aircraft Manager II to oversee folio management during production and flight test, from assembly to handover. You will analyze issues, steer corrective actions and ensure closure with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 5+ years in aviation and 2+ years in a leadership capacity, with strong English communication. Travel and collaboration on national/international projects are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; in lieu of degree, technical aviation training.
• 5+ years of working experience in aviation-related fields.
• 2+ years of working experience in an Aircraft Manager role within Airbus or in a leadership role.
• Demonstrably effective communication skills including fluency in written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of the SAP system, MS Office and supply chain/quality knowledge.
• Ability to function as an effective member of an international team.
• Proven skills as a problem-solver and a record of meeting deadlines and completing tasks on time, on budget and at an acceptable level of quality.

Mansioni

• Train and mentor Aircraft Manager staff under HO ACM guidance.
• Lead daily A/C review meetings and set priorities for the MFT.
• Function as the L2 link for escalations and ensure proper documentation for problem solving.
• Daily A/C milestones follow up through Master Production Schedule.
• Document and manage all non-conformities to meet production milestones.
