The role requires coordinating across multiple processes and acting as deputy for the Business Unit Leader when needed. Education includes a Bachelor's in Aeronautical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering with at least 4 years in aviation manufacturing; strong leadership, communication, and change-management skills are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years' aviation manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee station manufacturing activities and staffing.
• Ensure safety compliance and quality standards across processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage equipment/tools.
• Provide performance feedback and development plans for staff.
