Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. in Mobile, AL seeks a Supervisor I, Operations to lead the A320 assembly line station on the 2nd shift.

You will direct and coordinate all production activities, manage staff performance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met while maintaining effective cross-functional communication. The role requires 3–5 years in aviation manufacturing, leadership experience, and strong knowledge of quality and logistics practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in aviation manufacturing or equivalent.
• 2+ years of leadership experience in aviation is preferred.
• Experience with Quality/Logistics rules in aviation manufacturing.
• Experience leading a team in an international environment is desirable.
• Good communication skills in English are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage all employees assigned to the Station including selection, performance management and development needs.
• Provide direction and oversight to production activities and monitor aircraft progress.
• Coordinate with Quality, Procurement and other teams to improve workflow and processes.
• Ensure safety regulations and standard operating procedures are followed.
