Job summary

R.D. Offutt Company in Fargo, ND seeks a Records and Parts Coordinator to support aircraft maintenance operations. You will handle work order administration, parts procurement, inventory coordination, and reporting using Excel and Microsoft 365.

You will collaborate with aviation mechanics, vendors, and leadership, maintaining accurate records and documents, while ensuring timely parts delivery and compliance with safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Technical school education in administration, logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Experience in administrative support, purchasing, inventory management, or related field; aviation industry a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word).
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling confidential information.
• Ability to work in office and hangar environments and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and close aircraft maintenance work orders.
• Order aircraft parts, tools, and supplies to support operations.
• Coordinate with mechanics to identify parts and inventory needs.
• Receive, track, and document parts orders and shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and assist with controls.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Maintain maintenance, inventory, and purchasing reports using Excel and 365.
• Participate in continuous improvement for maintenance administration and documentation.
• Follow safety rules and company policies.
