Job summary

Alpine Air in Omaha, NE is seeking an Aircraft Parts Clerk to join our team. You will manage parts inventory, research and order parts, and coordinate shipping and receiving to support maintenance operations.

The role requires strong organizational skills, basic fixed wing aircraft knowledge, and proficiency with Word and Excel. A background check, drug screen, HS diploma, and U.S. work eligibility are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic fixed wing aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• High degree of organizational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Parts inventory control, including monitoring shelf life of parts.
• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
• Assist in researching and ordering parts from outside vendors and manufacturers.
• Shipping and receiving.
• Keeping parts inventory documentation organized and thorough.
