Job summary

Cape Air is seeking a Remote Storeroom Coordinator to support aircraft maintenance by ensuring parts, materials and tooling are available when needed. In this fast-paced role you will manage inventory transactions, receive and ship parts, and coordinate with purchasing and maintenance teams to keep the fleet ready for service.

You will maintain accurate records, perform cycle counts, and ensure a secure, audit-ready storeroom while complying with hazardous materials procedures and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong computer and inventory management skills.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform routine physical activities associated with warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receive, ship, store, and track aircraft parts, materials, and tooling.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with purchasing and materials teams.
• Support maintenance operations by ensuring material availability.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Maintain an organized, secure, and audit-ready storeroom.
• Coordinate tooling repair and calibration activities.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and hazardous materials requirements.
