Aitheras Aviation Group, LLC in Cleveland, Ohio seeks an organized Aircraft Parts & Records Coordinator to support our Maintenance Department. You will manage maintenance records, inventory, and procurement, coordinating with directors and mechanics to ensure accurate documentation and compliant parts handling.

The role focuses on tracking parts, reconciling flight records, and supporting cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree, or aviation-related education preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct aviation parts, maintenance records, inventory control, or maintenance administration experience.
• Familiarity with aviation terminology, parts documentation, and maintenance recordkeeping.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft part numbers, flight sheets, vendor quotations, FAA forms 8130/8110, and maintenance records.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience with maintenance management software (Corridor, CAMP, CMP, Flightdocs).

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with the Director of Maintenance and Lead Mechanics to procure aircraft parts for AOG events, scheduled maintenance, and stock inventory requirements.
• Obtain competitive quotations from vendors and suppliers to improve service levels and reduce lead times.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation for all parts transactions.
• Ensure parts under maintenance programs are processed through program representatives.
• Conduct incoming parts inspections and verify required documentation.
• Identify, tag, and inventory all incoming aircraft parts.
• Coordinate warranty claims, core returns, and rotable exchanges for timely credits.
• Develop strong vendor relationships and support maintenance services.
