Job summary

Jet Excellence, LLC in Sanford, NC is seeking a Parts Specialist to support the Materials and Maintenance teams, ensuring accurate ERP data, timely part availability, and FAA-compliant handling to keep our fleet safe.

This onsite role requires 3+ years in aviation parts/logistics, familiarity with FAA forms (8130-3) and ERP/MRP systems (Veryon, Ebis, Quantum, AMOS). You will collaborate with Maintenance Control and Technicians to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in aviation parts, logistics, or materials coordination.
• Familiarity with FAA documentation and certification forms (8130-3, teardown reports, trace).
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems (Veryon, Ebis, Quantum, AMOS).

Responsibilities

• Inventory Control: maintain accurate stock levels in the ERP/MRP system and track parts movements.
• Receiving and Shipping: process shipments, verify documentation, ensure FAA compliance.
• Procurement Coordination: support POs, monitor orders, communicate updates to maintenance leadership.
• Documentation & Compliance: maintain traceability records and hazmat documentation per FAA Part 145.
• Collaboration: work with Maintenance Control, Technicians, and the Parts Manager to support maintenance events.
