Job summary

Aviation Technical Services is seeking a Lead Mechanic for the 2nd shift (Monday-Thursday, with schedule changes as needed) to oversee maintenance, repair, and overhaul work on aircraft to ensure airworthiness. The role emphasizes mentorship, task oversight, and timely completion within safety and regulatory guidelines.

The incumbent will lead a crew, conduct plan reviews, and ensure proper documentation and parts ordering while coordinating with Engineering and Supervisors for on-time delivery

Qualifications

• Four+ years of recent commercial aircraft maintenance and/or MRO experience preferred.
• Applicable Repairman, Airframe, or A&P certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance tasks for airworthiness and ensure timely completion.
• Mentor and train technicians; conduct OJT and performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and customer requirements and maintain audit readiness.
