Job summary

Collins Aerospace is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support 2nd shift from 3:00pm to 11:30pm ET. You will lead a maintenance team, prioritize work, troubleshoot complex equipment, mentor technicians, and ensure safety and compliance on site at the US-NC-WILSON facility.

Role focuses on improving equipment reliability, coordinating repairs, and aligning maintenance with production and site leadership. Candidates should have a strong lead-role background in industrial maintenance.

Qualifications

AA/AS degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and repairing of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Experience serving as a lead, senior technician or equivalent technical leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

Act as the senior maintenance presence on the assigned shift, providing technical leadership and support to the maintenance team with advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis of complex equipment issues.
