Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and Airframe and Powerplant License are required.
• 8+ years in aviation maintenance preferred.
• 4+ years in program specific airframes.
• Must be able to supervise and lead teams while maintaining safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to complete jobs/tasks with good judgement and involve management when needed.
• Implement a strong turnover of work to the next shift.
• Identify opportunities to reduce turn time of aircraft.
• Train/mentor technicians and supervise daily workload.
• Lead multiple projects and manage schedules with quality.
