Job summary

AAR Corp. maintains leadership position in aerospace aftermarket solutions. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee technicians, ensure safe and compliant maintenance, and deliver quality aircraft work on schedule.

You will coordinate with Project Manager and support groups to meet daily targets in a hangar environment. Responsibilities include HR duties, training, performance coaching, and ensuring accurate documentation and customer communications.

Qualifications

• FAA maintenance certificate required and valid for field work.
• Minimum 5 years of aircraft mechanic experience with progressive responsibility.
• Ability to read drawings/blueprints and interpret maintenance needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct maintenance activities per FAA regulations and company policies.
• Prioritize work shifts, forecast workload, and manage project milestones.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and support groups to ensure schedule adherence.
• Assist with HR tasks including interviewing, coaching, attendance, and training.
• Ensure safety culture and paperless documentation, and manage customer communications.
