TechDigital Group in Sparks Corner, MD seeks an International Air Creation Coordinator to oversee planning, scheduling, and documentation for air-based shipping. You will coordinate bookings, monitor transit, ensure regulatory compliance with federal and international standards, and work with carriers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.

Knowledge of ERP, WMS, and TMS is a plus. This role requires a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year of relevant experience; strong communication

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office and ERP system proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Schedule air shipments and coordinate flight bookings with forwarders and carriers.
• Monitor shipment status for on-time dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure compliance with federal and international regulations with customs.
• Collaborate with Operations, Transportation, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Carrier Management teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
• Produce daily, weekly, and monthly air-shipment activity reports for internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with customs, brokers, and FDA for import/export traceability.
• Process FedEx, DHL, UPS, and Express Mail shipments.
• Maintain import documentation records for international transport.
• Operate ERP, TMS, and WMS systems.
• Coordinate last-minute shipping requests with Transportation and Operations.
• Schedule shipments in a timely and accurate manner.
• Learn responsibilities of other distribution roles to assist in urgency.
