Job summary

FlightSafety International is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to manage domestic and international shipments. You will coordinate transportation, prepare required documents, and liaise with carriers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery in a regulated environment.

The role requires 3 years of freight/shipping experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office, including Excel and Outlook.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience coordinating freight, transportation, shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments using multiple transportation modes.
• Schedule transportation with approved carriers and logistics providers.
• Prepare shipping schedules and documentation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain communication with customers regarding shipment status and delays.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and Warehouse to prioritize shipments.
