Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with documentation for international shipments (BOLs, invoices, etc.).
• Process paperwork and complete shipping transactions in a timely manner.
• Coordinate shipments with approved freight forwarders and carriers.
• Provide freight quotes and international support as needed.
• Inspect incoming materials for quantity, condition, and documentation.
• Report suspected unapproved parts (SUPs) and ensure regulatory compliance.
