• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor flight ETAs, coordinate cargo transfers, and ensure required documentation and terminal fees are processed accurately.
• Manage import shipments from customs clearance through final delivery, including arrival notices, tracking, and system updates.
• Schedule warehouse pickups and deliveries, monitor shipments, and resolve transportation issues.
• Communicate shipment updates, respond to customer inquiries, and elevate issues when needed.
• Prepare and process invoices for freight, terminal, and handling charges while ensuring billing accuracy.
• Work closely with customers, carriers, customs brokers, account managers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and verify proof of delivery documentation.

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Air Import Agent to join our team in Grapevine, TX. This individual will coordinate international air import shipments, manage documentation, work with customs brokers and transportation partners, and ensure timely cargo delivery. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused with strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• $20/hour
