Responsibilities

• Process import and export air freight shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including air waybills, invoices, packing lists, and customs documents.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, overseas agents, and customers to track shipments and resolve issues.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status and exceptions.
• Enter and update shipment data in the transportation management system.
• Support TSA, IATA compliance and recordkeeping requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Process import and export air freight shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including air waybills, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs-related documents.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, trucking partners, overseas agents, and customers to track shipments and resolve routine issues.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding shipment status, delays, delivery updates, and exceptions.
• Enter and update shipment data accurately in the transportation management system and internal operating platforms.
• Support compliance with TSA, IATA, customs, and company recordkeeping requirements.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $40,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
• Location: Grapevine/Dallas, TX area.
