Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in international freight forwarding logistics operations.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience with air import or export operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day air import or export shipments.
• Prepare documentation and quotes; follow up with steamship lines.
• Arrange pick-ups, deliveries and container loading as required.
• Maintain customer service updates, including tracking cargo.
• Set up billing and payables.
• Other duties as assigned.
