Job summary

Jobtailor in Illinois is seeking a seasoned logistics supervisor to oversee the air import and export team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of shipments from Plainfield. You will manage daily operations, coordinate coordinators, and maintain open lines of communication with customers, carriers, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong knowledge of air export procedures, regulatory compliance, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with TMS/ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in transportation, logistics, international business, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of air export operations, documentation, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with TMS or ERP systems is preferred.
