Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in International freight forwarding logistics operations.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day air import or export shipments.
• Prepare quotes and maintain required documentation for customers.
• Provide customer service and update stakeholders on shipment status.
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries and container loading as needed.
• Set up billing and payables.
• Maintain daily reports for pending shipments.
• Ensure all documents are received and distributed as required.
• Follow compliance guidelines for air shipments.
