Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a logistics professional to manage air export operations. You will coordinate shipment routing, prepare customs clearance documents, and provide customers with timely updates throughout the process.

The role requires strong communication and detail orientation, with experience in freight forwarding and knowledge of trade regulations. Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Knowledge of air freight logistics and customs regulations
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the exportation of goods by air
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers
• Manage relationships with customers and address any concerns
• Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure timely service delivery
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
• All other duties as assigned
