Motorola Solutions seeks a Business Development Engineer for the US Air Force to join the Applications Engineering team. Bridge technical radio capabilities with DoD requirements; support acquisition stakeholders and field demonstrations across airborne and ground environments.

This role involves up to 50% travel, remote-work option depending on location, and close collaboration with BD and engineering teams to ensure interoperable, field-ready solutions for air force programs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Network Engineering or related C5ISR field with 2–5 years in systems engineering, technical BD, or defense tech.
• Exposure to SDRs, IP routing, or tactical comms.
• Familiarity with RF test equipment like spectrum analyzers.

Mansioni

• Analyze US Air Force priorities and map requirements to tactical radio solutions.
• Plan, configure networks, and run field trials and evaluations.
• Support technical planning and benchmarking data for solution architectures.
