Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an Air Force Client Development Lead to grow the DoD program portfolio. You will lead, develop, implement, and monitor capture and delivery of technical services for the Department of the Air Force, aligning with HDR’s goals and the Federal leadership team.

Reporting to the Director of Client Services, you will guide strategy, supervise diverse teams, and manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholder relationships across multiple bases. Travel 20–40% is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations.
• 5+ years at executive level with diverse teams.
• Experience in strategic planning and program management.
• Experience with Department of the Air Force installations/contracts.
• Motivate teams and participate in employee-owned culture.
• Travel 20-40%.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales goals for DoD Air Force Programs using an integrated HDR services approach.
• Develops projects, markets, planning, staffing, and marketing for DAF Programs.
• Identifies HDR priorities and investments to respond to market trends.
• Leads capture planning and major pursuits.
• Plans, directs, and monitors program execution across HDR disciplines.
• Oversees capture plans, pursuits, and proposals with Federal Directors.
