HDR, Inc. is seeking an Air Force Client Development Lead to drive growth for Department of the Air Force programs. The role partners with leaders to identify and win opportunities, develop strategic plans, and deliver technical services aligned with HDR’s goals.

You’ll work with HDR teams and external stakeholders, often serving as a project principal on significant contracts. Travel and leadership across HDR’s Federal projects are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional area of study relevant to engineering, architecture, planning or science.
• Professional registrations in area of study.
• 15+ years progressive leadership experience in large, complex organizations with 5+ years at executive level.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and program management.
• Experience with DoD/AF installations or contracts.
• Experience analyzing business financial data and driving policy.
• Active commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Responsabilités

• Achieves sales goals for Air Force Programs across HDR using an integrated marketing approach.
• Identifies opportunities and leads capture planning for DoD opportunities.
• Oversees program execution across HDR’s portfolio with multiple disciplines.
• Coordinates with Federal Directors on capture plans and proposals.
• Monitors program direction, risk, and adherence to policies.
