Tagup is looking for an experienced Air Force Lead to drive business growth across the U.S. Air Force. This role includes identifying and capturing opportunities related to logistics and sustainment, from initial contact through to award.

Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of relevant experience, with established relationships in Air Force organizations. Competitive annual salary between $145,000 to $175,000, alongside comprehensive health benefits and stock options.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Air Force, defense acquisition, business development, capture, or program management.
• Strong understanding of Air Force mission priorities and logistics.
• Established relationships within Air Force program offices or major commands.

Responsibilities

• Own Air Force business development from opportunity identification to award.
• Manage a qualified Air Force pipeline across major commands.
• Build and sustain senior relationships with Air Force leaders.
