Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Control Representative to support Dyess AFB projects. On-site QA lead monitors contractor performance, verifies compliance, and ensures quality from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires DoD project experience, strong documentation, and meticulous site inspections. A clearability to access military installations and proficiency with RMS 3.0 are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience on large, complex construction projects.
• Experience with federal DoD/USACE projects strongly preferred.
• Experience inspecting and monitoring construction quality, schedules, and contract compliance.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for contract compliance and quality.
• Document project activities, contractor performance, safety, and progress.
• Monitor schedules and advise team of delays or issues.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and safety/environmental plans.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and contract issues.
• Assist with closeout activities and warranty tracking.
