Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Control Representative to on-site Dyess AFB, TX. You will monitor contractor performance, ensure contract compliance, and support project delivery from pre-construction through closeout.

Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, 5+ years on large projects, and US citizenship with background checks. DoD/USACE experience preferred and RMS 3.0 familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years experience on large/complex construction projects.
• DoD/USACE/USA construction project experience preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, plans and specs.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations.

Responsibilities

• Observe construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specs, schedules and safety.
• Perform daily site inspections and document activities and progress.
• Monitor schedules and advise project team of delays or concerns.
• Review submittals, QC plans, safety plans, environmental plans and progress schedules.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and contract compliance issues.
• Conduct QA inspections through all phases of construction and verify QC.
• Assist in developing scopes of work, estimates, and contract modifications.
