Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Control Representative to support the Dyess AFB project. The on-site role monitors contractor performance, quality control, safety, and contract compliance from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities include inspections, reviewing submittals, RFIs, payment estimates, and coordination with engineers and the project team. A US citizenship, DoD/USACE familiarity, and ability to obtain installation access are required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with DoD/USACE projects preferred.
• Familiarity with construction quality control processes.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for compliance with plans and safety requirements.
• Perform daily site inspections and document contractor performance and progress.
• Coordinate RFIs and review submittals with design teams.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and contract issues.
• Assist with closeout activities and warranty tracking.
