Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations.

Responsibilities

• Observe construction activities for compliance with plans, specs, schedules, safety, and quality.
• Perform daily site inspections and document contractor performance and progress.
• Monitor schedules and advise project team of delays or concerns.
• Review contractor submittals, plans, and safety/environmental documents.
• Assist with RFIs, technical evaluations, and contract compliance issues.
• Maintain project records and correspondence.
• Support project closeout activities and warranty tracking.
