Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Control Representative to support Dyess AFB projects. The on-site role ensures contractor performance, contract compliance, and construction quality from pre-construction through closeout.

Responsibilities include daily site inspections, reviewing submittals, coordinating RFIs, and maintaining thorough project records. Requires 5+ years in large-scale construction, DoD/USACE exposure preferred, and access to military

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience on large, complex construction projects.
• Experience with DoD/USACE projects preferred.
• Ability to review drawings, specs and schedules for quality and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for compliance with plans, specs, schedules and safety requirements.
• Conduct daily site inspections and document activities and crew performance.
• Monitor schedules and advise project team of delays or concerns.
• Review submittals, shop drawings, and safety/environment plans.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and contract issues.
• Support project closeout activities and warranty tracking.
