Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Construction Control Representative to support Dyess AFB projects in Texas. You will monitor contractor performance, ensure contract compliance, verify quality, and assist from pre-construction through closeout.

Requirements include a US citizenship, ability to obtain security access, and at least 5 years of large-scale construction experience, with DoD/USACE exposure preferred. Strong documentation and OSHA awareness are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting large, complex construction projects.
• Experience with federal construction projects (DoD/USAF/USACE) preferred.
• Ability to review engineering drawings, shop drawings, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Observe and inspect construction activities for compliance with plans and specs.
• Perform daily site inspections and document progress and safety observations.
• Monitor schedules and advise project team of delays or concerns.
• Review submittals, including shop drawings and safety/quality plans.
• Assist with RFIs and contract compliance issues.
• Maintain project records and correspondence.
• Support closeout activities and warranty tracking.
