Job summary

Nippon Express USA is seeking a detail‑oriented logistics support specialist for our Dallas area operations. You will prepare air shipments, arrange carriers, and generate shipping documents while communicating with customers, overseas agents and subcontractors to ensure timely, accurate service.

The role requires a flexible schedule, teamwork, and the ability to handle complex processes with multiple approvals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or relevant work experience.
• Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel, AS/400).
• Some knowledge of international commerce and export processes desirable.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare air shipments and distribute documents.
• Coordinate carriers and shipments.
• Communicate with customers, overseas agents and subcontractors.
• Ensure shipments are processed according to regulations.
• Process filings and data entry in AS/400.
• Issue freight bills and collect payments.
• Support Perishables handling and ECommerce.
• Support Accounting duties for Air operations.
• Develop key accounts and KPI adherence.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, co-workers, subcontractors and vendors.
