Qualifications

• 1–2 years of import/export experience, focusing on air freight.
• Basic knowledge of customs regulations and import documentation.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and logistics software (Webcargo, Cargowise).
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the importation of air freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
• Communicate with airlines, customs brokers, and other stakeholders to facilitate import operations.
• Prepare and review import documents (bills of lading, invoices, packing lists).
• Track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve issues.
