Job summary

DSV Air & Sea SAU seeks an Air Export Gateway Freight Forwarder to manage export operations from gateway booking to documentation and delivery. You will coordinate shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and prepare air waybills, invoices, and packing lists while liaising with carriers to meet deadlines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field, 2–3 years in air export or freight forwarding, knowledge of CargoWise/CHAMP, and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, international business or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years in freight forwarding, air export operations or international logistics.
• Strong knowledge of air freight operations, trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with freight forwarding software such as CargoWise or CHAMP.
• Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments from gateway, book space, arrange pickups.
• Prepare export docs (air waybills, invoices, packing lists) accurately.
• Ensure compliance with export regulations and customs clearance requirements.
• Monitor movement and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Liaise with carriers, brokers, and service providers to resolve issues and optimize costs.
