Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. in the Dallas–Fort Worth area seeks an Air Export Gateway Freight Forwarder to manage export shipments from the gateway, book cargo space, prepare documentation, and ensure timely delivery to international destinations.

This full-time role requires strong knowledge of air freight operations and regulatory compliance. You will coordinate carriers, complete air waybills, invoices, packing lists, and licenses; liaise with brokers and customers; monitor shipments and resolve

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of air freight operations and international trade regulations.
• Experience handling export documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with freight forwarding software and systems.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air export shipments directly from the gateway facility, including booking cargo space and coordinating with carriers.
• Prepare export documentation (air waybills, invoices, packing lists, licenses) accurately.
• Assist with customs clearance processes and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor shipments and provide status updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, brokers, and service providers to resolve operations issues.
• Negotiate rates and terms to optimize service quality and cost.
