Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Freight Forwarder to manage air export operations, coordinating schedules with airlines and handling essential documentation for customs clearance.

The role requires strong organization and customer communication to ensure smooth shipment movement and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with logistics, finance, and operations teams to deliver timely service.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and managing the movement of goods through various transportation channels.
• Prepare and process required documentation for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments.
• Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with other internal departments, such as logistics, finance, and operations, to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including customs regulations and trade laws.
• All other duties as assigned.
