Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is seeking a Freight Forwarder to manage air export operations, documentation, and customer interactions.

The position requires English proficiency, knowledge of freight forwarding practices, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate exportation of goods by air, including scheduling with airlines and movement through transport channels
• Prepare and process documentation for customs clearance (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
• Track shipments and provide customers with status updates
• Manage relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with logistics, finance and operations to ensure timely service
• Ensure compliance with customs and trade laws
• All other duties as assigned
