Job summary

Humana seeks a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation.

You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and stakeholders to advance our AIOps strategy, improve operational efficiency, and expand automation across the enterprise, guiding cross-functional projects to measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years in project/technical/team leadership in SRE/DevOps or automation.
• Experience leading initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Hands-on with automation or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with testing practices including unit tests and mocks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving in ambiguous settings.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics and dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Collaborative across engineering, operations and business teams.
