Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to expand automation and improve our AIOps strategy across the enterprise.

You will lead initiatives from planning to delivery, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with executives to drive strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership experience within application, SRE, DevOps, or automation environments.
Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Lead products from design completion to volume production release.
Advance automation footprint within Site Reliability Engineering and drive strategic milestones for AIOps.
Engage with Humana leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve customer product issues and improve operations.
Advise executives to develop functional strategies on matters of significance and drive measurable growth.
Lead small teams and deliver on strategic milestones for automation and transformation.
