Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to drive the transformation of our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders and engineering teams to expand automation and improve the AIOps strategy across Humana.

This remote leadership role requires hands-on ownership, strong mentorship, and the ability to deliver strategic milestones while reducing toil and increasing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through execution and delivery.
• Hands-on experience with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in complex or ambiguous situations.
• Experience creating and presenting metrics, dashboards, trend analysis, and executive-level updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams to drive strategic outcomes.
• Passion for innovation, automation, continuous improvement, and enhancing customer experiences.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.
