Job summary

Humana is seeking a Lead Technology Leadership Professional to transform our Site Reliability Engineering organization through AI-powered operations and automation. You will partner with technology leaders, engineering teams, and partners to advance our AIOps strategy and expand automation across the enterprise.

This role leads small teams, engages with Humana executives, and delivers strategic milestones while evolving our automation footprint to improve member experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of project, technical, or team leadership in application, SRE, DevOps, or automation.
• Experience leading technology initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Hands-on with application, automation, or AIOps technologies.
• Experience with software testing practices, including unit testing and mocking.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with decisions in complex situations.
• Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence senior leaders.
• Proven ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and business teams.
• Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and customer experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects or programs with measurable business results.
