Qualifications

• Experience with AIA billing formats and construction billing workflows.
• Proficient in invoicing and accounts payable procedures.
• Strong general accounting fundamentals including ledgers and reconciliations.
• Effective communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly AIA progress billings with G702/G703 forms and supporting docs.
• Maintain Schedules of Values, retainage, change orders and other billing records.
• Collaborate with project managers and GC to resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare and track lien waivers (conditional and unconditional) for payments.
• Process vendor and subcontractor invoices with proper cost-code allocation and approvals.
• Assist with vendor statement reconciliations and inquiry resolutions.
• Maintain records and meet multiple monthly billing and AP deadlines.
