Food Truck Promotions is seeking an AI-forward automation engineer to design, build, test, and deploy workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate the business. You’ll implement AI-powered automations across our core stack and ensure systems talk to one another efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who ships tools, tests solutions, and improves processes. Work closely with a small, scrappy team to deliver practical, scalable automations using HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, and Quo.

We’re looking for someone who's genuinely fluent in AI — not as a buzzword, but as a hands‑on tool for building workflows, automating processes, and connecting systems that actually work. You'll use AI to move fast and build smart across our internal tools — with the potential to bring that same impact to our clients down the road. This is a hands‑on role for someone who doesn’t just advise, but builds, tests, and ships. You'll work closely with a small, scrappy team to eliminate manual work and create systems that make everyone's job easier and our business faster.

Requirements

• Someone who understands the why behind what they're building, not just the technical execution
• A strong communicator who can make complex systems feel simple

Benefits

• Salary: Contract role $100-120k per year
