Job summary

Food Truck Promotions is seeking an AI-forward automation engineer to design, build, test, and deploy workflows that reduce manual work and accelerate the business. You’ll implement AI-powered automations across our core stack and ensure systems talk to one another efficiently.

This is a hands-on role for someone who ships tools, tests solutions, and improves processes. Work closely with a small, scrappy team to deliver practical, scalable automations using HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, and Quo.

Qualifications

• Has AI as a hands-on tool for building workflows and automations.
• Comfortable reading and troubleshooting code.
• Experience building automations for small businesses with minimal resources.
• Understands the why behind what they build, not just the technical execution.
• Able to clearly communicate how systems work and changes affect roles.

Responsibilities

• Audit current tools and workflows to identify quick wins and move fast.
• Build and manage automations across core stack (HubSpot, PandaDoc, GSuite, Quo).
• Use AI to power smarter systems like auto-responses, quote generation, and PDF creation.
• Connect tools to work together, reducing breakage and manual intervention.
• Communicate clearly with the team about systems and changes.
